Every year members of the Senior Management Team go offsite to work “on” the business in what’s otherwise known as the EOS Annual Meeting. Team members reflect on the successes and progress of the past year focusing on the company Vision and Execution to help our company achieve Traction. There are many facets to the EOS Process and each one is critical to the health of the business. The 2020 plan is set, our Vision is clear and our Team is healthy.
