Help Crockett Facilities Services congratulate Michelle Mays on her promotion to Sales Operations Coordinator. In this role she will be responsible for overall coordination of sales efforts for the Commercial Facilities Services & Mechanical Services Divisions. This coordination includes proposal generation, contract administration, and preparation of booking packages. Additionally, she will handle the renewal of select service contracts, overall organization of our sales database, customer collections efforts, marketing, special events and trade show management. Prior to joining Crockett in 2016, Michelle spent 11 year in New York City working in marketing. She is also a proud University of Maryland alumni (go Terps!) and lives in College Park, Maryland with her very cool nine-year-old son, Kellen.
